Rules for Individuals Under 18 Years of Age
 
Junior Golfer (dependent of members)

 CERTIFIED PLAYING CARD

The Golf Professional and the Junior Golf Committee will be responsible for issuing Certified Playing Card privileges to those juniors who, through participation on the Bon Air Junior Golf program, have earned the golf privileges extended to the category.
  1. Advanced Certified Playing Card Holder Qualification - Certified Plying Card Holder between the ages of 12 and 15. They must establish a handicap at Bon Air Country Club. They must demonstrate a knowledge of the game, good course behavior, and a proficient playing ability (determined by the Club Professional and the Junior Golf Committee). Privileges - They will have the same privileges as a 16 year old Certified Card Holder with the exceptions of Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. On Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays the player may play after guests and group play.

  2. Certified Playing Card Holder A son or daughter of a member, twelve (12) to fifteen (15) years of age who, through participation in the Bon Air Junior Golf Program, has earned and has been certified to have the following privileges: Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) Before 4 PM - They may use the club facilities without the accompaniment of an adult member. Exception- Designated Ladies Days (may be overruled with the permission of the Club Professional).

  3. Certified Playing Card Holder Sixteen (16) Years of Age or Older They may use the club facilities at any time they are available for general use.

  4. A Non-Certified Playing Card Holder A son or daughter of a member, twelve(12) to fifteen (15) years of age, who has not yet attained through participation in the Bon Air Junior Golf Program the privileges of a Certified Playing Card Holder will have the following golf privileges: Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) They may use the club facilities at any time only when accompanied by an adult member. Exception - Designated Ladies Days (may beoverruled by the permission of the Club Professional if before 4 PM). Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays They may use the club facilities after 1 p.m. and then only when accompanied by an adult member.

  5. Under Twelve (12) Years of Age A son or daughter of a member under twelve (12) years of age must be accompanied by an adult member at all times and will have the following privileges: Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) They may use the club facilities at any time only when accompanied by and adult member. Exception - Designated Ladies Days (may be overruled with thepermission of the Club Professional if before 4 PM). Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays they may use the facilities after 5 p.m. and then only when accompaniedby an adult member. Exception - Parent/Child Tournament.
