Employment Opportunities at BACC

As we approach the upcoming 2019 golf and swim season, Bon Air will be looking for part-time help in a variety of areas.  If you know of anyone who might be interested in these positions, please have them contact the golf shop staff for information on how to apply.  Below is a list of available positions.

Life Guards – This is a 15 to 25 hour per week position.  Prospective guards must go through a certification course at their own expense prior to the start of the pool season.

Golf Course Maintenance Staff – This is a 30 – 40 hour per week position and will require prospective candidates to be physically able to do lifting up to 50 pounds and be able to do vigorous labor throughout their work shift.  Must be 18 in order to operate light equipment.

Snack Bar April thru October – This is a part-time position which requires availability for the entire golf season.  Hours will be minimal in the early and late part of the season but will increase to 20 to 30 hours as we get into the prime season.  Duties include operating the order window, light food prep and clean-up.  Must be 18 years of age in order to serve alcohol.

Snack Bar mid-May thru late Summer – This is an 18 to 30 hour per week position.  Duties include operating the order window, light food prep and clean-up.  The majority of our snack bar help will be required to be 18 years old in order to serve alcohol.  We will consider those under age 18 as snack bar assistants.
